Does your New iPad have problems with Heat?

Rumors have been flying around in the last few days of a significant problem with The new iPad (3rd generation), namely in that it might having heating problems. Sources all over the internet are saying that The new iPad might actually be overheating a little, namely due to  it’s larger battery and new chip. This is causing the New iPad to actually get a little too hot to hold at times, in the lower left corner, which others are reporting that the New iPad is just getting a little warm but that’s to be expected. Of course, from experience, the iPad 1 never got anything other than cool on it’s back and the iPad 2 was no different (although it had other issues). Perhaps the larger performance boost has left The new iPad with a little more than it expected.

Of course, there’s no real need to panic yet as this problem could potentially be solved with a software update if it’s a wide scale issue (and there’s no reason to believe that’s the case just yet), and if it’s not then head back into your Local Apple Store (or the store where you bought it from) and get it exchanged.

However, if you’re one of the few people that do have this problem, please let us know in the poll below. Do let us know if your New iPad is also suffering from any other problems in the comments below! This will give us a better idea of how the issue is panning out, or if it even is an issue.
