New Xbox 360 Dashboard is now Live!

A quick word, that the new Xbox 360 Fall Dashboard Update is now live, despite it being delayed a few hours. This update is single handedly the biggest update to the platform since it was released 5 years ago. The biggest change is that it features a more tile-centric Metro UI look, commonly found on the Windows Phone 7 platform, and will be found on the upcoming Windows 8 release.

Those of you wanting to get it, simply switch on your Xbox’s and perform the update and relax while your console downloads the coolest console UI we’ve seen in a long time. Unfortunately I can’t bring you any picture’s of the new update from my console because it’s been packed up and boxed up (I’m moving houses). Bad timing I have to say, but it’s no big deal.

As for Australians, expect deeper Kinect and Voice options (yes your accents will be understood!). Go get em Tiger.
