Battlefield 3: Back to Karkand Trailer

Battlefield 3: Back to Karkand Trailer

You Battlefield fans out there should know by now that there’s an expansion pack due in December to the critically acclaimed Battlefield 3. We got hold of the trailer yesterday after EA sent one down to us and posted it on YouTube for all your shooter fans to enjoy. From our point of view the game looks quite good, and easily worth putting down the extra dough on if you didn’t pre-order the Battlefield 3 Limited Edition Game.

This December, go back to the four most loved maps from Battlefield 2, boldly reimagined with enhanced destruction in the Frostbite 2 engine. In this trailer take a closer look at gameplay from the Strike at Karkand map, including a number of shots where you can see some of the new Back to Karkand weapons in action. The Battlefield 3: Back to Karkand expansion pack also features new vehicles, persistence, and the return of the classic Conquest Assault. Battlefield 3: Back to Karkand is out December 2011 at no extra charge if you own a copy of the Battlefield 3: Limited Edition, or available the same date at $23.95/1200 Microsoft Points.

I’m so glad that I pre-ordered so I can get these expansion map packs etc :) Planning to overclock my AMD tonight and hopefully I can squeeze a couple of Ultra settings *prays*

Haha, I didn’t pre-order it (waiting to see if my EA copy was the Limited Edition or not, probs not but would be great to see).

Still, I’m still waiting for my BF3 copy to arrive for PC, so I can see how my laptop pulls of with it
