Amazon Appstore now available in Europe, Australia and India

It was only March 22nd that the Amazon Appstore launched (much to the chagrin of Apple due Amazon using Apple’s appstore name) for Android Apps on the cheap. And as of yesterday, it seems that the Amazon Appstore is now going global (to an extent) allowing users to start downloading Android goodness to their hearts content. Yes it seems the popular online store has decided to further extend the Amazon Appstore to (Western) Europe, Australia, and India which is a good start but we do wish they would roll out to other countries as well!

While it’s not the most exciting thing in the world, it is generally useful to access time to time with all the cheap discounts they have on apps, and the occasional exclusive before the actual Android Market. So if you happen to own an Android device, and you’re considering downloading apps, we suggest checking out the Amazon Appstore in your own country domains and get downloading (and buying).
