Apple Releases iOS 4.3

In yet more Apple related news, Apple released their latest Operating System (OS) update, iOS 4.3 today, bringing with it a host of new features and updates. Despite the update being released 48 hours earlier than expected, this is indeed the full version that was expected. If you own an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, you can now update to iOS 4.3 via iTunes (just click the update button in iTunes once you have connected it).

New Features include:

– AirPlay Enhancements (which allow you to stream Video’s over your wireless connection)
– Safari Performance (Faster Safari Internet surfing speeds)
– iTunes Home Sharing (You can now play your music from your computer to an iPod/iPad/iPhone anywhere within your house provided you have wireless)
– iPhone 4 Hotspot (meaning you can finally use your iPhone 4 as a wireless hub for your computer)

There are many more features Apple included, and to find out for yourself, click the Source Link at the bottom to go to Apple’s iOS 4.3 Home Page.

Update: We’re told that iPhone 3G and iPod Touch (1st and 2nd Generation) owners will be unable to update their devices to iOS 4.3 as the update is not compatible with their devices. Sorry guys and girls, looks like if you own those devices, you won’t be able to update.
